Implicit social cognition, implicit bias refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner. But over the past year African Americans all over the nation have faced bias, prejudice and racism with a rash of routine activities for which police were called on African-Americans this year according to CNN.
